Considering the Invitation to tender No.11 / 2016 for

hiring trainers to improve the capacity of CSOs for Open Government Partnership and Open Data in the framework of the project "Putting People First” we inform you that the deadline for submission of bids is prolonged until Tuesday, 29.11.2016 year till 12:00 o’clock, because of the need for more time to prepare bids from several interested bidders.
