Project Coordinator

Branka holds PhD in philosophical sciences, with specialisation in Ethics. She has extended working experience in the field of development of policies for effective Human Recourses Management, Public Administration reform, organizational development and conducting of Functional Review, Training development and delivery, good governence and Ethics in public administration etc.

She works as an independent consultant with local and international organizations in the areas related to public administration reform, development of policies for effective HR management, building capacities for good governance, as well in the area of gender equality and gender mainstreaming. She is certified practitioner and trainer for conducting Functional Review from ENIAP, Milano. Highly experienced professional in development of generic and demand driven training programmes.

As independent researcher, focusing the main interest on researching and analysis of possibilities for establishing peaceful coexistence and sustainable development on a basis of global moral standards. She is author and co-author of several papers, manuals and publications.
