Jasna Pajkovska is a doctor of sociological sciences, specializing in the field of sociology of organizations. She has a degree from the Faculty of Economics in Skopje, and a master's degree from the Faculty of Philosophy in Skopje in the field of Human Resources Management in social activities, entrepreneurship and human resource development in organizations.
Jasna Pajkovska has experience in finance, entrepreneurship and human resource management. He has participated in several trainings for human resources development, communication skills and entrepreneurship, he is also an active member of the Macedonian Association for Human Resources. Works as a project coordinator in the field of small and medium business development, with a special focus on the development of women entrepreneurship. He is fluent in English and speaks German. She is the author and co-author of several papers and publications.
