Jugoslav Georgievski

Jugoslav Gjorgjievski is a graduated lawyer with more than 12 years of experience in public administration reform processes in the Republic of North Macedonia and South West Balkan Countries. Jugoslav is recognized expert in development, implementation and monitoring of guidelines for improving institutional legal framework,  as well as in the areas of organization and operation of administrative bodies, simplification of administrative procedures, regulatory guillotine, reduction of discretionary powers, administrative disputes, public sector employees, administrative servants, top management service, electronic management, electronic signature and electronic communications.

Furthermore has been involved in drafting of more than 300 laws and bylaws in the process of regulatory guillotine and reduction of discretionary powers including the Law on General Administrative procedure, the material laws which were harmonized with the new LGAP, the Law on Administrative Disputes, the Law on Public Sector Employees and the Law on Administrative Servants, the Law on Top Management Service, the new Law on Organization and Operation of Administrative Bodies and all the relevant bylaws. He has been also involved in the implementation of all this laws and bylaws, in establishment of the first National Human Resource Management System, as a data base of all public institutions and employees, the Catalogue of Services as a first data base in the region of all administrative procedures, and many other projects related to reorganization of the administration, administrative procedures and human resource management. He has a good understanding of the local situation and legal framework in North Macedonia in the area of public administration.
