Vesna Bochvarska Cvetkovska holds a Master in South East European Law and European Integration obtained at the Karl Franzes University in Graz, Austria with Master thesis on: “Public Administration Reforms during the previous decade” Her earlier education i.e. bachelor degree, is on European Law, gained at the Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” in Sofia Bulgaria.
After her graduation she has been working on projects supported by the British Embassy in the area of building capacities for EU integration, as well as in support to public administration reform, working with a range of governmental institutions and international organizations. Today she is engaged on many projects supported by the EU Delegation, Swiss Embassy, UNICEF and other donators in the country. Her working experience and interests are mainly in the area of capacity building in public administration, developing standards in HRM, introducing European tools and techniques for better quality performance, RIA, management of change and transparency, project management and development, financial management of the projects etc.
Since 2012, she is certified trainer, as well as external evaluator on CAF - model for quality management for public administration and was engaged to implement the model in several governmental institutions and municipalities during the previous years. Since 2018 is part of the team for preparation of the Methodology for conducting of Functional Analysis in Public Sector institutions and was engaged as well for conducting FA in few governmental institutions.
Vesna is one of the founders of the Center for Change Management, working as a Financial Director responsible for the entire financial management of all funds of CCM.
