This public policy document follows on from a previously published document by the CUP, entitled "Is the Rule of Law Possible with a Commercial Official Gazette?", which highlighted the need to open the Official Gazette of the Republic of North Macedonia by abolishing the subscription. Hence, this document analyses the financial aspects, modalities and implications of opening the Official Gazette, or rather abolishing the subscription.
