The Association Center for Change Management (CCM) is a non-profit and independent organization established in 2009 in Skopje which promotes the standards of good democratic governance, as a condition for efficient development of society in times of dynamic changes.

The organization focuses on research and analysis as a basis for efficient measures and policies that help different entities to accept changes in society as normal situations and turn them into positive results.

The organization believes that strengthening the capacities of public administration, civil society, business community, Euro-integration and investment in people are the main agents of change in society.

Our goals and objectives are:

• Strengthening the administrative capacities of public administration,
• Investment and development in personnel/people,
• European integration and regional cooperation,
• Managing public changes and sustaining development,
• Equal opportunities and non-discrimination,
• Process automation,
• Collaborating with other legal and natural persons, international organizations, state bodies, institutions, non-governmental organizations and the private sector to realize and achieve the goals of the organization.

The Center for Change Management (CCM) implements projects that aim to contribute to the development of our society and the region. Our work experience is characterized by fruitful cooperation with a large number of different public institutions at the central and local level in Macedonia, civil society organizations and the business sector at home and abroad.

We support democracy and open ideas in different sectors of society. Our projects are based on the plan, implement, check and act method.
