What CCM does?
The Center for Change Management (CCM) is a non-profit and independent think tank founded in 2009 in Skopje, which promotes standards of good democratic governance as a condition for efficient development of society in times of dynamic change.
CCM focuses on conducting thorough research and analysis that provide a solid basis for reforms within the public sector and providing direct support to institutions in building and strengthening their capacities.
