The Center for Change Management - CCM within the programme "Improved service delivery for citizens by active engagement of the Assembly" funded by the European Union, needs to procure services for planning and conducting surveys to determine public opinion.
A more detailed description of the required services can be found in the technical specification, which is part of this call.
Implementation phases (preliminary time frame)
It is necessary to deliver the services at the request of the customer, and in the period from June to July 2020.
The CUP reserves the right to determine the time frame for the delivery of the ordered services by the supplier.
The purchase is indivisible.
We encourage you to submit your offer for the above invitation. The offer should include the following items:
List of research references conducted in the last three years (the list should also contain a brief description of what has been done, as well as the types of analyzes, reports and / or publications that emerged from the research).

Proposed questionnaire with 15 questions for the satisfaction of the citizens from the delivery of public services

Financial offer (according to the attached format below).
The bids must be submitted in electronic form to the email iskra.belcheva@cup.org.mk.
The deadline for submission of bids is May 29, 2020 until 2 p.m. The bids that will arrive after the stated deadline, as well as those that have not been made according to the call regulations, will not be taken into account. Each bidder can participate with only one bid.
All additional clarifications can be obtained via the e-mail address of CUP info@cup.org.mk and at iskra.belcheva@cup.org.mk no later than May 21, 2020.
Deadline for bid: at least 30 days. In case the bidder is selected, it undertakes to keep the offered prices for the duration to which the subject procurement refers.
