For the requirements of the project “Putting People First” (financed from Central Financing and Contracting -Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Macedonia within the framework of the National Programme for the Transition Assistance and Institution Building 2011 and co- financed by the British Embassy) Center for Change Management Invitation to Tender for hiring trainers to improve the capacity of CSOs for Open Government Partnership and open data. Invited to apply are consulting firms who meet specific criteria required for implementation of the requirements of the procurement service.

Bids received after the stated deadline, and those that are not prepared according to the rules of the call, will not be considered.
