Call for recruiting experts for basic assessment of existing standards and practices in the creation of public policies at local level

Center for Change Management – CCM within the project "Monitoring the principles of public administration in the preservation of the values of good governance", financed by the Delegation of the European Union, there is need to engage experts for basic assessment of existing standards and practices when creating public policy at the local level.
