Call for tenders for hiring legal experts to prepare a manual for freedom of expression

For the project "Investigative Journalism - the guardian of democracy and human rights" (funded by the EU Delegation within the IPA - Civil Society and Media 2014), on the basis of the Grant Agreement between the EU Delegation and the Centre for change management (CUP) no. IPA / 2015 / 370-719 of 22.12.2015 year (hereinafter referred to as grant Agreement), the project team at the Institute for Human rights sent Invitation for bids no.02 / 2016 engagement of legal experts to prepare a manual for freedom of expression. If you are interested, we invite you to submit a bid in accordance with the call 02/2016.
