For procurement of services for design, preparation and printing of materials

Center for Change Management - CCM within the program ""Improved service delivery for citizens by active engagement of the Assembly" funded by the European Union, needs to procure services for design, preparation and printing.

A more detailed description of the required services can be found in the technical specification, which is part of this call.

Implementation phases (preliminary time frame)

It is necessary to deliver the services at the request of the client, and no later than December 2020.

CUP reserves the right to determine the time frame for the delivery of the ordered services by the supplier.

Procurement is indivisible.

We encourage you to submit your offer for the above invitation. The offer should contain the following elements:

List of references to previous similar engagements (with the name of the project, organization, links to websites ...),
Pre-made conceptual design and cover design for a publication,
Proposal for 1 (one) conceptual solutions / design for a folder (only for a folder from the set listed in item no. 6) and publication (proposal for publication solutions to be for item no. 4- Policy document for improvement of educational public services) ,
Financial offer

The bids are submitted in writing. The bids are submitted in a sealed envelope, on which in the lower left corner should be the mark "DO NOT OPEN" and the call number 10/2020 to which the bid refers. The exact address and the program should be indicated in the middle of the envelope: "Improved service delivery for citizens by active engagement of the Assembly" ,Center for Change Management, st. Rajko Zinzifov 44/1, Skopje. The envelope should not contain any mark with which the sender / bidder could be identified. It is necessary in the offer to separate the financial offer in a separate envelope (special envelope inside the envelope that is submitted) and to be marked.

The submission of bids is done by mail or directly in the CUP offices.
The deadline for submission of bids is July 27, 2020 until 12 o'clock.
