Invitation to submit bids for procurement of a tool to enhance the influence of citizens on decision makers

The Center for Change Management needs to purchase a tool to enhance the influence of citizens on decision makers, within the "Work programme: Improved service delivery for citizens by active engagement of the Assembly", funded by the European Union and co-financed by the program CIVICA Mobilitas.

Тhe services should be delivered in the period from July to August 2020.

We encourage you to submit your offer. The offer should contain the following elements:

A short biography containing a list of references for developed software solutions
Technical offer - description of the technical solution in accordance with the requirements in the technical specification
Financial offer (according to the format in the attached supporting documentation)
