Job announcement: Finance Manager

Center for Change Management (CCM) is releasing a job announcement for hiring a financial manager within the project "Monitoring the principles of public administration in preserving the values of good governance" of a time frame about 2 years.
The announcement is part of the policy for building the capacities of organizations and openness to the community. Center for Change Management requires ethical, motivated and creative individuals which will join the team, which believes in democracy and open ideas and projects based on the following method: Plan, realize, check and act.
As part of the project team, the financial manager will be responsible for:
- complete financial management of the project
- keeping a register of expenses on daily basis
- monitoring the realization of the project budget according to established dynamics
- execution of debits and credits (financial transactions) within the project budget
- preparation of financial reports on quarterly basis
- preparation of financial reallocation and modifications in coordination with the project manager
- similar tasks required for successful project implementation
Qualifications:
- University degree in economics (Master studies will be considered an advantage)
- minimum three years of work experience related to managing budgets and finance
- knowledge of financial procedures of EU projects
- minimum 2 years’ experience as a financial manager / assistant EU projects
- excellent knowledge of the English language
