EVOLVE was established in 2020 as a subsidiary (daughter) company of the Center for Change Management (CCM). CCM is the sole owner of EVOLVE, so both organizations are complementary in their work.
EVOLVE undertakes to perform the consultancy, advisory, training and research activities for CCM clients, meaning the activities which are not part of the grant contracts awarded to CCM as a non-profit civil society organization. EVOLVE is specifically formed to separate the activities contributing to CCM’s sustainability, which has been operating as a renowned think-tank organization for over 10 years.
EVOLVE continues to build upon the joint portfolio of CCM and EVOLVE by widening the scope of work with research and services for new clients. EVOLVE uses CCM’c portfolio and expertise, as the capacities of its experts are it’s strongest asset.
EVOLVE offers its services to the government, the public institutions, private sector and all other organizations aiming for structural reforms and positive changes in their work, as well as for their clients, stakeholders and/or community.
EVOLVE strives to become a relevant partner to the institutions on public policies’ creation and implementation, but also a bridge between the public, private and civil sector.
