Analysis of retention issues in IPA structures in North Macedonia

Main goal:
To support SIGMA and the Secretariat for European Affairs examine the reasons for the evident turnover and recommend possible measures for retention of administrative staff working on management of IPA funds in the national institutions.
Expected results:
- Analysis and identification of the retention issues in IPA structures in RNM
- Recommendations for measures for retention of IPA structures in the national institutions
