Introduction of European standards for quality management in the work of the municipal administration - Common Assessment Framework (CAF).

Expected results:

Introduced standards for quality management threw the quality management standards of the Common Assessment Framework (CAF) in the municipalities of Tetovo, Ohrid and municipality Center in Skopje which contributed to the improvement of services towards the citizens and enhancing the work of the public administration by involving citizens in decision making, developing a sense of social responsibility, improved procedures for planning and monitoring of budgets and citizen information.
