Projects

This project aims to contribute to the reform of public administration by supporting the establishment of the Academy for Professional Development and Training of Administrative Servants. The implementation of the project is supported by the Embassy of the Republic of France in the Republic of North Macedonia, and the project activities will be implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of Public Administration. The project also aims to strengthen the capacities of administrative officials by piloting training programs for public administration. Foreign expertise will be involved in the implementation of the project, experts from the National Institute of Public Administration of France (INSP) and the Directorate General for Administration and Public Service (DGAFP) will share experiences and good practices from the French administration.

• Contribution to public administration reform
• Support for the preparation of the acts for the establishment of the Academy for Professional Development and Training of Administrative Servants
• Strengthening the capacities and professionalization of public administration
