The subject of this document is the ex-ante analysis of the policy for introduction of electronic administrative services to the citizens by the state institutions. In particular, the document covers research on selected services that are provided to citizens only in physical form, in order to analyze the effect of their transformation into electronic form. Namely, the benefits and costs of the citizens and the institutions are analyzed within the methodology of cost-benefit analysis, in order to determine whether the policy of introduction of electronic services is worthwhile.
