Today we held the final conference of the project "Citizen-Centric Approach to delivery of Public Service" , funded by Delegation of the European Union, Skopje and co-financed by the British Embassy Skopje, implemented by the Center for Change Management and Association Zenith in cooperation with the Ministry of Information Society and Administration.

Introductory addresses at the conference were: Aleksandar Bidevski, Deputy Minister of Information Society and Administration, Irena Ivanova, Delegation of the European Union and Alexander Nikolov, Association for Development Initiatives - Zenith.

Whereas the key findings, results and recommendations of the project to support public services were presented by: Iskra Belcheva Ristovska, Center for Change Management, Jovanka Damoska Sekuloska, University Professor, Fani Mihajlovska, Lawyer, Zoran Bikovski, and Zoran Gichevski, Zenith Association.
