Training for Members of Parliament and parliamentary staff on the topic "The EU Growth Plan and the Reform Agenda in the EU accession negotiation process"
Date: 20.07.2026
On July 20–21, the CUP team organized a two-day training session titled "The EU Growth Plan and the Reform Agenda in the EU Accession Negotiation Process: Outlook on Future Steps," aimed at Members of Parliament and staff of the Assembly of the Republic of North Macedonia.
The event aimed to strengthen the Assembly's oversight and scrutiny role in monitoring and fulfilling the objectives set out in the Reform Agenda, which is part of the EU Growth Plan for the Western Balkans.
The participating MPs and staff engaged in a constructive discussion regarding the country's European integration processes and the need for more active parliamentary oversight and involvement in the overall process.
The event was organized within the framework of the "PAVE: Parliament’s Voice for Europe" project, implemented by CUP as part of the broader "Support to European Integration of North Macedonia" project. The latter is implemented by UNOPS North Macedonia in cooperation with the Ministry of European Affairs, with support from Sweden and Switzerland.
