The Center for Change Management (CMP) has started training in the field of non-discrimination and the principle of equality for employees in public sector institutions.

The first training for trainers aims to prepare representatives from the public sector with adequate knowledge for the practical application of non-discrimination and equality standards, which they will further apply in the daily operation of institutions as well as in the delivery of public services to citizens.

The trainings were conducted within the framework of the program of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy for strengthening the capacities of services and officials from the public sector by the CUP with financial support from the OSCE Mission to Skopje.
