Main goal:
Improving the impact of civil society organizations in the process of EU accession, through active involvement in monitoring and evaluation of public policies and implementation of EU legislation with focus on Chapter 23 - Judiciary and Fundamental Rights.
Expected results:
- Creation of a fully functional network for monitoring and evaluating of the implementation of “Chapters of the aquis” Chapter 23
- Improving the impact of civil society organizations in the process of EU accession, through active involvement in monitoring and evaluation of policies and implementation of EU legislation, with a focus on Chapter 23 - Judiciary and Fundamental Rights;
- Development of the methodology for monitoring and evaluation of Chapter 23
- Increased specific capacities of civil society organizations relevant to the acquis of Chapter 23;
- Ready political options
