Publications

The manual is based on the principles and procedures contained in the Methodology for Assessing the Impact of Regulation1, the Strategy for Cooperation of the Government and the Civil Sector 2012 - 20172, the Code of Good Practices in the Civil Sector in the Policy Making Process3 and other relevant bylaws adopted by by the Government of the Republic of Macedonia in this area. The PIA manual will contribute to the development of the capacities for implementation of the PIA in the ministries and other state administration bodies because through its use in the process of implementation of the PIA and in the trainings for civil servants in the ministries the quality of the process will be improved and the quality of the draft laws.
