The handbook aims to provide guidance to institutions on how to organize and manage a shared digital storage space. Using a shared folder will enable institutions and employees to better manage and access the documentation that is produced within the institution. Access to documentation is important both remotely and in terms of regular work (from the office) as it will contribute to improving collaboration, effectiveness and "institutional memory".
