The Manual for Stakeholders aims to explain the process and mechanisms for inclusion of stakeholders in the policy-making process in the Government of the Republic of Macedonia and thus contribute to constructive, effective and timely inclusion of stakeholders in the process of preparation. proposals for laws and other regulations within the competence of the ministries.
