Protocol for action and work of the state administration bodies in times of crisis

The crisis caused by COVID-19 inevitably imposes a new reality in the way of functioning of institutions and organization of work processes, especially for the bodies of the state administration. New challenges require a change in existing work patterns
and creating a dynamic work environment through the use of digital technologies and remote work, which will ensure the smooth performance of basic functions, and above all on providing services to citizens and businesses.This is especially important if the crisis continues in the coming period, which will lead to remotely working distance to reduce the risk of infections and spread of the virus.
Therefore, it is extremely important for the state administration bodies to adapt to the “new normally ”, with flexible and dispersed management models and advanced technologies to ensure balanced but also efficient work processes.
This Protocol contains the key guidelines that state administration bodies must follow take to improve their productivity, especially in times of crisis, and based on of comparative best practices from other countries in dealing with this crisis.
