This report focuses on the degree to which transparency and accountability are exercised by local self-government units, as well as financial management. The report is based on the monitoring of local governments in the period from June to November 2018. The collected data and summarized results refer to all eight regions in the country: northeast, east, southwest, southeast, Pelagonija, Polog, Vardar and Skopje regions.
