From March 3 to 4, 2023, at the Resource Center for Gender-Responsive Policymaking and Budgeting organized by the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, the CCM team started implementing a new training cycle for public sector employees.

We started with basic training on gender, gender equality and introducing a gender perspective in public policies facilitated by CCM's program coordinator Iskra Belcheva Ristovska and CCM's project coordinator Branka Mincheva Kocevska.

We talked about the cycles of creation of public policies, strategies for the representation of gender equality in those processes, as well as the role of gender statistics in the creation of public policies.

The resource center works as part of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy supported by UN Women Skopje within the project "Promoting Gender Responsive Policies and Budgets: Towards Transparent, Inclusive and Accountable Governance in the Republic of North Macedonia".
