Conducted trainings on gender-responsive policymaking and budgeting for public sector employees

Date: 23.12.2025

The Center for Change Management (CCM) together with the Ministry of Social Policy, Demography and Youth (MSPDY), within the framework of its continuous activities and with the support of UN Women, successfully implemented two two-day trainings intended for administrative officials to strengthen capacities for gender-responsive policymaking and budgeting.

The training "Introduction to Monitoring and Evaluation of Gender-Responsive Policies" was held on December 18 and 19 and December 22 and 23, 2025 at the Resource Center for Gender-Responsive Policymaking and Budgeting.

The aim of the trainings was to introduce administrative officials to the meaning, objectives and approaches of monitoring and evaluation of public policies, with a special emphasis on gender-responsive policies. Participants gained a basic understanding of the concepts of monitoring and evaluation, their role in public policymaking and the importance of integrating a gender perspective in all phases of the policy cycle.

The Ministry remains committed to improving institutional capacities and promoting gender equality in public policies.
