The representatives of institutions, international organizations, legal experts and representatives of the civil sector gave their opinion in response to the question "whether R.N. Macedonia is a fair country." The main conclusions led to the fact that:
- Political orientation as a basis for discrimination is growing
- Labor relations are the main area of discrimination
- By sanctioning the violation of the law, its rule is established and thus the security of the citizens
- Discretionary powers in the public sector are often used as mechanisms for discrimination
