The Center for Change Management in collaboration with PAI - Public Administration International from May 7-10 in London, UK, organized a four-day study visit on Strategic Responsibility and Performance Management designed for seven senior representatives from various Ministries of Government of the Republic of North Macedonia .

The focus of this study visit was to develop personal leadership skills in creating change; strengthening skills to deal with existing and future strategic challenges; reviewing and implementing plans to increase managerial accountability in the organization; recognizing the approaches that can be used and the changes that can be implemented to improve the delivery of public services; as well as applying the concept of "value for money" to programs and other activities.

Briefings, exercises, expert discussions and relevant visits were part of this study visit, where the emphasis was on practical issues and identifying best practice areas that could be adapted in the Republic of Northern Macedonia.
