In organization of UN WOMEN, the Club of Women's Parliamentarians and Macedonian Women's Lobby on the 20 and 21st of September the workshop “Building bridges of understanding” was held.

The workshop was led by the Executive Director of Center for Change Management (CCM), Neda Maleska Sachmaroska.

There she emphasized the importance of introducing gender based aspect in the parliamentary oversight debate on certain policies, laws, programs and budgets.

"The introduction of gender-responsive analysis, the use of arguments and evidence in the selection of measures and actions arising from the legal provisions must be accompanied by gender-disaggregated statistics and indicators that will measure the changes and success of policies and gender aspects" said Maleska.

The series of workshops with Women Parliamentarians Club will continue in the future.
