The first training that the CCM conducted within the framework of the project "Socio-economic strengthening of young women in the North-Eastern planning region of Republic of North Macedonia" was organized in the municipality of Rankovce. The aim of the introductory training was to familiarize the women from the municipality with the field of care economy and the concepts related to business modeling. The participants were informed about the impact and significance of social entrepreneurship on the well-being of the population, ecology and the planet. In addition, there was talk about positive international practices and examples that can be implemented in our regions and that will contribute to strengthening the socio-economic situation of young people in rural areas. Namely, during the introductory session, the needs of social services in the municipality and the possibilities of the participating women to start their own business in the field of care according to their skills and knowledge were discussed. One of the main goals was to develop innovative ideas of business models that will contribute to the development of female entrepreneurship and also to the economy of care in the municipality of Rankovce.
