From October 30 to November 1, 2024, in the Assembly of the Republic of North Macedonia, the Center for Change Management (CCM) organized the first hackathon on the topic "Digital Bridge", within which young people from the field of information technologies divided into five teams worked intensively on discovering a conceptual solution. to strengthen the transparency and openness of the Assembly.
The participants are part of the Faculty of Information Sciences and Computer Engineering (FINKI), Brainster and Semos Academy.
A commission consisting of five members, experts in the processes of digital transformation in the public sector, has a difficult task to decide which team wants the best solution. It was best to spend three days exchanging opinions with brilliant young people who have fantastic ideas!
All teams offer creative and useful digital solutions, but the commission chose Brainster's team 2 as the winner.

This hackathon is held within the framework of the project "Parliament Support Program" which is supported by the Embassy of Switzerland in North Macedonia and in joint organization with the Assembly of the Republic of North Macedonia as the institution implementing this program.
Within the framework of the Assembly Support Program, an open data portal of the Assembly was developed.
This hackathon used the datasets of the open data portal as well as the national portal and the open finance portal.
