А public debate was organized in Stip, with representatives from municipalities and the civil society sector from the East region.

Subject of the debate were the results on the quaility of service provision by the local self-governments. The following topics were discussed: 

• the quality of services provided by the municipalities from the East region
• web transparency index of the municipalities
• the process answering requests for free access to public information

The public debate was organized within the project "Monitoring Principles of Public Administration in Preserving Good Governance Values", funded by the European Union, and implemented by the Center for Change Management, in partnership with Management Consulting Agency MCA-2000 and the Center for investigative journalism SCOOP. 

The public debate was organized in cooperation with the civil society organizations EHO Stip and INI VInica.
