Public debate on the topic "How to make accessible and better quality citizen-oriented services", organized by the Center for Change Management, Ministry of Information Society and Administration and Zenith Association.
The event was opened by the Minister of Information Society and Administration, Mr. Damjan Manchevski, Mr. Richard Malion from the British Embassy Skopje, Ms. Neda Maleska Sachmaroska, Executive Director of the Center for Change Managementnand Mr. Alexander Nikolov from the Zenith Association.
The purpose of this public debate was the challenges and solutions in delivering public services. The focus of the draft solutions discussed at the debate was on optimization and digitization of services, with the aim of collecting opinions from all stakeholders on these topics and defining solutions that would be targeted to the needs of the citizens.
At the event, the findings from the Public Satisfaction Survey and draft recommendations for improving public services were shared and the process of entering and verifying public services in the Public Services Catalog was presented by experts and representatives of the Ministry of Information. society and administration.
This public debate was part of the project "Citizen Oriented Approach to Public Service Delivery". The project is supported by the European Union and the Government of the United Kingdom and implemented by the Center for Change Management - CUP.
