As a part of the project “Support for the process of reforms in the public administration”, the Center for change management has undertaken a study visit to Great Britain for a working group of representatives of a number of Ministries and the General secretariat of the government of the Republic of Macedonia.
The delegation also includes the executive director of CCM, Neda Maleska – Sachmaroska and the project manager Iskra Belcheva – Ristovska.
The working visit to London started today with a workshop in the offices of PAI (Public Administration International), where the work group was greated by Claire Cameron, the executive director of this organization, whose portfolio includes over 165 projects in 63 different countries connected with the essential values of promotion of the good government and the good practice in the delivery of the public services.
Today’s workshop was focused on the management of performances in the public sector, which is also one of the components of the project of CCM. The current situation in this sector in the United Kingdom was discussed.
During the study visit to Great Britain, the working group will also visit the borough of Newham, in East London, where the analyses will be how the efficiency of the local governments can be increased with the management of the performances.
Presentation and discussion about the strategic framework concerning the possibilities and improvement of the performance of the central government of the United Kingdom as well as a visit of The Land Registry of the United Kingdom.
