Last week, the CCM team, together with officials from the Ministry of Public Administration (MPA) and the Ministry of Interior (MI), tested the new strategic planning methodology.

This new document aims to strengthen the efficiency of institutions in policy planning and, by providing specific indicators, to strengthen their accountability both within the system and towards citizens.

The participants of the workshops showed their willingness to implement strategic planning according to the presented methodology and emphasized the need to strengthen this process.

In the coming period, CCM will continue to test the methodology with other ministries.

CCM worked on the strategic planning methodology within the framework of the project "Rethinking Governance" which is supported by the Government of the United Kingdom through the British Embassy in Skopje.
