Creation of new public policies and their implementation through analysis of Behavioral Insights Approach data, primarily of citizens as beneficiaries, was the theme of the three-day training (13-15.02.2019), which we implemented as part of the project "Bringing Change - Good Governance and Effectiveness in Public Administration", whose main beneficiary is the Ministry of Information Society and Administration.

This innovative approach to public policy-making, aimed at improving public services for citizens, was presented by prof. Pablo Branjas - Garza and Diego Horat of Loyala Behavioral Lab, Universidad Loyola Andalucía, Spain. This innovation was introduced for the first time in the Republic of Macedonia in this training, later to be elaborated and piloted on several commonly selected issues / policies.

The project is supported by the Government of the United Kingdom through the British Embassy Skopje.
