Training for the assistants of the members of the Macedonian Assembly

Over the past two weeks (25-27.11.2025 and 09-12.12.2025), within the framework of the Parliamentary Support Program, the Center for Change Management (CCM) organized a three-day training for MPs' assistants in the citizen contact offices.
The first day of the training was dedicated to the process of creating public policies and the role of assistants in this process in order to bring citizens closer to their representatives, and the session was held by Neda Maleska Sachmaroska, Executive Director of CCM.
The second day of the training was dedicated to the principle of equality and non-discrimination, in accordance with the existing legal framework, and the session was held by Flora Kadriu, member of the KSZD and Sevgi Idriz Murtaoğlu, Head of the Department for Prevention of Discrimination and Promotion of the Principle of Equality
The third day of the training was dedicated to artificial intelligence and how it can be used in the work of citizen contact offices, and the session was held by Ivica Pešovski from Brainster.
This three-day training is part of the cycle of trainings organized within the framework of the Parliamentary Support Program, which will contribute to strengthening their capacities, with the ultimate goal of bringing citizens closer to their MPs, the representative body and the decision-making processes.
The Parliamentary Support Program is a project implemented by NDI North Macedonia, the Center for Change Management (CCM), and the Institute for Democracy Societas Civilis (IDSC), and supported by the Swiss Embassy through the Swiss Development Agency.
