Why should the Official Gazette be free? Guest appearance by the project coordinator at the Central Administrative Court, Aneta Ivanova Stojanoska, on the Rishatzi podcast

Date: 03.03.2026

The Project Coordinator at the Center for Change Management (CCM), Aneta Ivanova Stojanoska, was a guest on the new episode of the Rishtazi podcast by journalist Nazim Rashidi.

The topic of the podcast was the openness and transparency of public sector institutions. Special focus was placed on the need to open the official gazette for citizens, so that access to current issues would be free of charge. At this point, access to current issues of the official gazette requires a monthly or annual subscription, which is absurd, since citizens have the right to familiarize themselves with the content of the general regulations of the state that regulate their rights, obligations and legal interests.
