Estonia is a country where 99% of public services are provided electronically, 44% of citizens have voted electronically in the last elections and which has the most startups per capita in Europe.
A working visit to the Estonian Information Systems Agency and other relevant institutions is underway to learn from Estonian experiences in setting up public sector electronic systems, digitizing services and the challenges of providing cyber security.
The visit is part of the project "Bringing Change: Good Governance and Effectiveness in Public Administration", supported by the British Embassy Skopje, implemented by the Center for Change Management (CCM) in cooperation with the Ministry of Information Society and Administration.
