Exchange of experiences and knowledge on the best practices in the field of sector planning and practice of accountability is the goal of the workshop we are conducting from today until 21.02.2019.

Participants in the workshop are administrative staff from 4 institutions that are the target group of the project: Ministry of Information Society and Administration, Ministry of Education and Science, Ministry of Labor and Social Policy and the Secretariat for European Affairs. In addition to these institutions, the participants also come from the sectoral institutions that are included in the line of accountability to these 4 institutions.

Topics of the workshop will be: sectoral planning, notions of accountability, responsibility and competence, setting key performance indicators, reporting models, inter-institutional cooperation, etc.

The lecturer of the workshop is an expert from Canada, Mr. Ted Tunis, who has more than 25 years of experience in designing and delivering models for strategic planning and accountability to public sector institutions in Canada and internationally.
