Within the framework of the Program for Parliamentary Support, on 30.11.2022 at the Holiday Inn hotel in Skopje, the CCM held a workshop for parliamentary officials on building the capacities for institutional development of the Parliament. Members of the working group for the advancement of the system for the development of human resources and organizational development in the RSM Assembly participated in the workshop. At the workshop, the challenges in the field of management and development of human resources were identified and the areas that will be the subject of the Program for the Development of Human Resources and Organizational Development in the Assembly were defined, on which, with the support of the CCM, the Assembly will work in the coming period.

The Parliamentary Support Program is implemented by the National Democratic Institute (NDI), the Center for Change Management (CCM) and the Institute for Democracy Societascivilis (IDSC) is funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, and provides support to the Parliament of the Republic of North Macedonia in its efforts to independence through consensus building, structural reforms and capacity building for institutional development of the Parliament, its legislative and supervisory role, its institutional transparency and accountability.
