The workshop on Methodology for strategic planning is part of the activities aimed at strengthening the documents governing the processes of strategic planning.

Together with representatives from the central institutions, during yesterday we reviewed the good practices of the countries of the region and how we can apply the positive examples in our national system for strategic planning.

During this period, together with the representatives of the institutions, we are intensively working on improving the documents that regulate the system of public policy management in our country, such as strategic planning, models for monitoring public policies, and the coordination of institutions.

The event is organized within the framework of the project "Rethinking Management" and is funded by UK International Development by the Government of the United Kingdom through the British Embassy Skopje and is conducted by the Center for Change Management - CUP / Center for Change Management in cooperation with the Government of Republic of North Macedonia
