On August 18, 2023, the Center for Change Management (CCM) within the framework of the project "Reinventing Governance" held the first workshop on the preparation of a problem analysis for the processes and premises that govern the provisions of the Rules of Procedure of the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia. The workshop was facilitated by the Executive Director of CCM Neda Maleska Sachmaroska and the Program Coordination of CCM Iskra Belcheva Ristovska is part of the services of the General Secretariat of the Government and Legal Practitioners.
The discussion covered almost all the documents of the Rules of Procedure and through an depth analysis they referred to the digitization of the processes, strengthening the efficiency of the sessions, the accountability of the Ministry, the strengthening of transparency, for the continuation of the following strategies and programs of the Government and the ministries, regulation of Sessions in a state of war and emergency, improving the work of the working bodies of the Government and the parliamentary calendar, as well as integrating with the processes of EU integration and EU law.
This work is the first in a series of subsequent workers who will focus on improving the provisions of the Rules of Procedure of the Government with the ultimate goal of strengthening the processes of public policy management.
The workshop is organized within the framework of the project "Rethinking Management" implemented by CUP in cooperation with the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia with support from the Government of the United Kingdom through the American Embassy in Skopje.
