On the 06/05/2016, in the areas of Centre for Change Management (CCM) the methodology for cost-benefit analysis of the implementation of electronic services funded by the Macedonian Center for International Cooperation through the program Civica Mobilitas was presented. This ex-ante research will cover the most frequent administrative services provided by the state institutions to the citizens, in order to show the benefits of digitization or providing electronic services for citizens.

The presentation was attended by: representatives of the Macedonian Center for International Cooperation, the Institute for Democracy Societas Civilis, Human Rights Institute, and ZIP Institute.

The presentation covered all aspects of the survey methodology, followed by a discussion on improving certain aspects of the methodology and manner of conducting the survey.
