The training was intended for employees in the Parliamentary Institute of the Office of Parliament, in contributing to educational and informational content. The purpose of the training is to provide participants with theory, skills, methods and tools to be able to develop effective training programs tailored to different groups of participants, based on the principles of participatory learning.
